| Held a Z meet in Reno at the Grand Sierra Hotel and Casino. 10 Z32s showed up and checked into the hotel. Out of 10 Z's, someone chose mine to vandalize. They knocked out the rear hatch window and stole a sword. ZCAR.COM member 4-EZT calls me the next morning and tells me my hatch glass is gone. The rest of the gang comes down and calls security. The security kid shows up, half of his front teeth missing or rotting, unibrow, with a chip on his shoulder.
I dont bother to speak to him because its evident that cars are vandalized on a regular basis at this place. He writes up a report and hands it to me and tells me not to bother the cops because the cops wont show up.
The other Z'ers are concerned about their cars and get angry and securityboy calls his manager.
Some short, dried out version of Pat Summit shows up and tells them all to get lost. I find a hatch glass for about $300. I dont even bother reporting it to my insurance. I will just be mindful to avoid the big casinos and just be mindful to stay at the smaller motels with a window and door facing my Z so as not to get the feeling that the casino is covering over for their employees who vandalize guests' cars. Sorry about your windshield, my friend. If I could, I would love to cap anyone who vandalized a car, ANY car. But there are laws protecting these people, so I just wait.
